Directions to our clinic

Just off of I-15 exit #332. Head west on W. Antelope drive. Go to the stoplight at 1700 W and turn right (north). Then take your first right into the parking lot and we are located in the 3-story brown brick building on your right. It is called the Davis North Medical Office Building. We are located on the 3rd floor in suite 310.
